Personal Training

Zoom conferencing or in-person training consists of an initial fitness assessment, goal setting, and tracking. Concentration on strength and conditioning, cardio, and endurance will depend on your personal goals.

Program Design

If you prefer to follow a program using your home gym or fitness center, Program Design gives you a personalized program that is tailored to your needs and fitness level, using the goals you set.

As a board-certified Functional Medicine Health Coach, I offer help and guidance in defining and reaching the wellness goals that you design. I work with clients around all lifestyle factors, such as: movement, nutrition, hydration, relaxation, sleep, emotions, and community. I want to inspire you to take responsibility for your own wellness journey with a sense of curiosity as you discover your purpose, passion, and potential.

 

Individual Sessions

A commitment of at least three months of weekly sessions is recommended to achieve lasting lifestyle changes. You choose the duration that is right for you. Sessions are held in person or by Zoom conferencing, whichever you prefer.

Group Sessions

Zoom conferencing and in-person group coaching creates community, interaction, and connection between people with a shared set of goals. Group topics and details will be posted on the Wholenatomy Facebook page.

Cooking Demos

Experience small-group cooking demonstrations using fresh and seasonal ingredients. We will discuss nutrition topics, share quick tips, and learn new recipes in an interactive and entertaining setting. Reach out to host a demo with a minimum of 5 guests and receive a free fitness assessment.
